Katech does everything in house. We absolutely can be totally autonomous. This allows us to offer customers a complete package designed for their specific application.

Our facility has all the standard automotive machining equipment that does the decking, boring and honing. Additionally, we have three CNC machines, two vertical mills and one horizontal mill. All block and cylinder head work is done on those.

The final product can then be tested in one of our seven test cells.

• Three cells are full data acquisition dynos. Each is equipped with water brakes and can be classified as static dynos as opposed to sweep. This gives us more versatility in performing tests to your specifications.

• Valvetrain durability cell.
• Valvetrain analysis cell.
• Friction test cell (very unique).
• Fuel-flow cell.
