Katech's black anodized belt tensioner replaces the stock unit and eliminates the annoying problem of losing belts at resonance levels.

Coil Relocations Brackets
This kit was designed to leave the cover bolts accessible for easy removal and installation of the valve cover assembly.

Connecting Rods & Bolts
Katech offers an H-11 alloy steel bolt developed for the ASA series as a direct replacement for the Gen 3/4 OEM bolt.

Crankshafts
Katech stocks forged steel 3.622, 3.819 and 4.000-inch stroke crankshafts for maximum performance in steel and track engines.

Cylinder Heads

Head Flow Fixtures
Our CNC machined cylinder head flow fixture allows for repeatable flow tests without the headache of forming clay.

Headers & Flanges
Our CTS-V Headers were created with the racer in mind. These full length stainless steel headers bolt directly to the stock exhaust. The ceramic coating on them helps reduce engine heat and also provides a tough surface for years to come.

Inlet Block-off Plugs & Exhaust Cover Plates
These plug/covers are CNC machined and then anodized and laser etched for great durability and appearance.

Main Caps
Upgrade your block for maximum durability. Katech caps are positioned with two, 1/4-inch steel dowels rather than the OEM aluminum locating register walls that quickly sheer away.

Short Throw Shifters

Thermostat Assemblies
The billet aluminum 180º thermostat assembly provides reliability and a cleaner appearance.

Throttle Bodies
Katech Corvette and F-Car throttle bodies are full CNC ported to reliably deliver a 5 to 7 horsepower boost. These units have set the performance benchmark for street packages in hundreds of cars over the last few years.

Timing Chain Sets
Katech has been building the Corvette C5-R engines since their existence and one part that has been bulletproof through the whole time has been the timing chain. Our timing chain is the best stock replacement timing chain on the market and is hands down better than those double rollers.
